We are a small studio, and we treat your data the way we would want ours treated: only what we need, never sold to anyone.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you fill in the contact form we keep your name, email and whatever you write (company, budget and message are optional). We also measure site usage in aggregate with Google Analytics 4, which loads only on nerailabs.com and is deferred.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to understand which content helps so we can improve the site. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits anonymously. You can block them in your browser without losing any site functionality.
Third parties
The site and contact form run on a third-party hosting and form provider, and analytics is handled by Google Analytics. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep inquiries for as long as we need to reply and keep a reasonable record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@nerailabs.com. We respond promptly.
